Speakers:  Gregg Brandush, the Division Director at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Survey & Operations Group Office in Chicago
 

Topic:  Gregg will discuss: 1) the regulatory requirements for facilities under CMS' jurisdiction, including certified Nursing Facilities, Intermediate Care Facilities for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities and hospitals; 2) the relationship between CMS and the Illinois Department of Public Health; and 3) the provider appeals process when noncompliance is identified.
